R5 has developed one of the most powerful and effective youth presentations in the country. R5 has a unique ability to communicate on many different issues facing your student body in a one-hour school assembly.

R5 has a multi-layered presentation that uses drama, video, music and powerful motivational speaking. Though R5 touches on such subjects as drug and alcohol abuse and a right choices message, the main focus of an R5 presentation is that every student has a story and is entitled to respect.

Bullying and social profiling are doing more damage to the morale of public schools more than ever before. R5 will paint a picture for your student body of what it is like to walk a mile in another person’s shoes.

R5 EXTREME - $3500

R5 will spend a full day at your school. We will present the standard one-hour presentation*, and a one-hour leadership meeting and workshops with key students in the school.

We recommend that you and your staff pick out forty or fifty students that you would consider to be most influential in their circle of friends. We will take one hour and break down the principles that we shared with the whole school.

We will empower those leaders to take the message of respecting others to a deeper level. Experts say that 85% of your student body is not involved in actual bullying or social profiling. R5 will utilize that hour and motivate the silent majority to set a positive tenor in your school. We will give them practical ways to help every student in your school feel welcomed and safe. Experts also say that when students feel safe and the atmosphere in your school is inclusive, students perform better academically.

In addition, we will leave your school with a video series that you can use in classrooms that will further the message of respect and diversity in your school. There are six five-minute videos of real life situations that your students will relate to. Along with the videos we will provide discussion questions and exercises for students. You will also receive a free tarp for the students to sign and display in the school. A Staff Developement and Parent Night Forum is also included.

We have heard from administrators and teachers following our standard assembly that they didn’t realize our program would have such a profound effect on the school and they wished that they had something in place to keep the message going.
